What is it?
This is a program that will display custom scrolling messages in a small resizable window.
You can use it to display any messages you want

Installation instructions:
Single user installation:
Start the 'MarqueeSetup.exe' and install to a hard drive local to the PC
Multi-user / Network installation:
- Requires a network drive mapping in Windows
- This installation type would be used in the situation where an 'administrator' would enter messages to be broadcast to all users on a network.
- Start the 'MarqueeSetup.exe' and install to a shared network drive. This is the installation that will be controlled by the Marquee program administrator.
- Install the Marquee program on each PC that will receive messages from the administrator.
- This can be a second installation on a PC therefore giving the user their own Marquee as well. If this is a second installation, then choose a folder name other that the default folder name
specified in the Setup.exe program.
- Start the program and right mouse click on the Marquee display to bring up the menu.
Select the PREFERENCES menu item
- In the PREFERENCES set the database location field to the shared network drive and path where the administrator installation is located. Note: The user must have a drive mapped to the
network drive where the administrator version is installed.
- Each user will use the Marquee program installed locally and save their unique settings locally. The database that contains the marquee messages is located on a shared network drive.
As the administrator, start your version of the program (that you installed in the shared network drive) and change the default password to a your own unique password. Leave it blank to have no password. This will allow only you
to enter and change messages that the users on the network will see.
Usage instructions:
- Click purple light or over message display area to start / stop messages
- Click to right of light or on borders & drag to move window
- Right mouse click to display options menu
- Note: the default password is : password
