Save options:
Automatically save all items to the database - If this is turned on then everything you copy to the Windows clipboard from other applications will be automatically saved to the NetClipboard database.
NOTE: This can add 100's of entries to the database during a typical workday. Be careful that the database does not become too large. You can use the auto purge setting to determine how
many of your database objects to keep. This setting can not be used when the HOTKEY feature is turned on.
Enable HOTKEY - This allows the user to define a function key on the keyboard to use for fast saves to the database. NOTE:Using the HOTKEY will save whatever is currently on the Windows clipboard. The NetClipboard
program needs only to be running for this feature to be available. The main form does not need to be visible to use this feature.
Purge options:
Delete oldest items when there are more than - This will delete the oldest clipboard objects saved by the current user logged in when a new clipboard object is saved. This helps to keep the database to a manageable size.
Example: When this setting is on and set to 10 then NetClipboard will save up to 10 objects. When the 11th object is saved the oldest object will be erased. Therefore keeping only 10 items at a time for you.
